As first home buyers we were 100% sure what we were getting ourselves into, and buying during a boom is another stressful thing altogether. Licia was a friendly agent and had the sellers interest at heart to make sure to look after their needs. We faced some issues and stress during the finance period as banks were over loaded with work.
