Liesa's team has managed my property for some time now, and when it came time to sell it was easier to get this done while keeping my tenant. I was unhappy that i received my first offer before we advertised, as I said I do not want to offer it off market. While the off-market offer was a reasonable offer, it stipulated, that it is only good until advertise, which was emphasised to me before advertising. Once advertised there where a few days i did not hear much about any buyer interest, which i found stressful. But by the 3rd or 4th day a few offers where presented to me, and one was too good to wait any longer. I do believe i got a great price for my property, the agency fee was fair. I would have liked daily updates, as to enquiries about my property following the advertising. While i see room for improvement i am happy with the outcome.
