Ligaya helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent professional dedicated honest agent

After the sell I can confidently say Ligaya , was the best selling agent, I have dealt with. She worked hard to sell the property and got us the best deal / price. She followed through the sale till the last detail. Made sure all conditions were fulfilled for seller and buyer . Went out of her way to recommend Sharon of Stenhouse Settlements - who also did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use Ligaya in ang future sell and would strongly recommend her to any one. A big Thank You - Ligaya.
