Selling the family home of over 60 years was always going to be difficult and emotional. I spoke with several agents before inviting two into my home to share their knowledge. Lilians personable approach, her knowledge and experience shone through. She was honest and thorough in her appraisal, explaining the process clearly and answering all my questions. She channeled the energy and enthusiasm for what she does to bring about an amazing result. Lilian kept me up to date and informed of every move and interaction, so I always knew how things were proceeding. She worked tirelessly and was as excited as I when the contract was signed. We sold in 2 weeks, as she predicted, well above my anticipated price. On top of Lilians amazing professionalism and competency, is her empathy and compassion. Lilian knew this was a difficult time for me and was always available to support and guide me through with care and kindness. I cannot recommend Lilian more. If there were 10 stars, she'd get it.
