We recently purchased a home through Liliana and the process was very smooth and transparent. She did an excellent job of communicating with us along the way and helped sort out the deal quickly. We really appreciated that the property was not underquoted. We would gladly sell our current home through the team at First National.

We could not have had a better team than Liliana and Roger. We felt completely comfortable dealing with them, and would not hesitate to use them again should the need ever arise. Thank you to both!!

Liliana was fantastic not just during this purchase, but also prior whilst we were looking for a place. Very helpful and professional through out the whole process.

Liliana was really helpful and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. She provided everything we requested exactly when she said she would and was always very easy to get in contact with. I would recommend Liliana and the whole First National Newcastle City team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Liliana was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Her professional approach and prompt service was refreshing - and all done with a genuine effort which always left me with the feeling that she was committed to the process for all stakeholders! Would highly recommend her involvement in a real estate transaction.

Liliana was professional and transparent throughout the entire process. She provided all of the documentation up front, such as the strata report and building inspection reports. Her communication and response to inquiries was always prompt.
