This was our 2nd occasion engaging with Liliana for this property, after being extremely satisfied with our purchase 8 years earlier. We returned to Liliana because of her great professionalism, honesty and trust. Liliana is in tune with the market for Merewether providing a realistic pricing guide. We agreed to complete a couple of maintenance/upgrades to better present the property, which Liliana organised for us. The sale was completed just prior to going to market, we couldn't be happier
