Lilianna gave an estimate which was beyond what she was capable of selling it for. I believe she did this to buy the listing. I found her to be pushy and inauthentic. She showed up early with a buyer on my doorstep unannounced which was very uncomfortable. Overall my experience with this agent was poor. I would not recommend her or Cunningham’s and I certainly will not use them ever again.
A critical forced sale of the family home just as the reality of a rapidly declining market hit the headlines made for some tough timing. Liliana was undaunted. Both a local and a professional, she knew the house well and the area even better. More than this, Liliana and the rest of the Cunningham's team understood the evolving market and the many tensions involved in a process like this. The end result was a successful sale in difficult circumstances and at a price that seemed fair to both seller and buyer. We were in safe hands.
