Liliana did communicate well with us and let us know where things were at, what time home opens were and how they went. What I liked was if she didn’t know something she said so but would find out and let us know the information promptly. I also asked for a banner sign on our apartment balcony and thou unusual she liaised and followed up with the strata company to organise it. We weren’t the easiest of clients but Liliana made us feel like we weren’t being too difficult. Happy with the overall service of Realty One and happy to have a successful sale.
