Good communication and quick responses

Was easy to get in touch with and good to talk to, all in all a good experience throughout the process. Had some challenges with getting electricity to the property for a second inspection, but was eventually resolved and since the property is a unit, a lot of the info I was asking for was referred back to the property manager, which I didn't have contacts for.
