Lily was great to deal with. Was clear and honest with her price expectations, and gave great guidance and assistance on presenting and marketing the property. She secured us a really good price over private sale, after our auction passed-in following the recent Federal Budget (which is really impressive given the drop in Melbourne prices). Good communication too, we'd be happy to use again.
