Lilys communication throughout the whole sale for my parents flat was outstanding with the services provided to us. Her knowledge was amazing with all the questions that I had, which made the entire process run smoothly. She had great communication with everything including over the phone and email. I was very impressed with the dedicated time she took to keep me up to date with all the inspections and potential buyers. I really appreciated her time and effort along with her outstanding advertisement for the flat, I could not believe how great the images turned out. As this was my first sale experience, I am amazed how comfortable they made me feel.
