From the first phone call through to settlement, Lina was an absolute delight to deal with. My husband and I had been burnt from other agents at other firms from their miscommunication, lack of customer service and general unhelpful attitude. The first time I contacted Lina, I immediately advised her of our situation (that we were looking to purchase a property asap due to the impending Christmas period and that our apartment was being sold). She seemed to take this in her stride and provide all the information I was looking for within 3 hours. She experienced some setbacks from the renters who were refusing potential buyers into the property, however through all of that, she was upfront, personable and understanding to us. We purchased in Glenroy, a suburb that neither me or my husband had spent much time in, based on her recommendations and her honesty. We had done our own research, however her further insights and openness helped with convincing us to "seal the deal". Settlement occurred nearly six weeks ago, and since then we have conducted a few minor upgrades to take the house from being a rental property to making it a home. Why both my husband and I are giving her such a rave review is that what she has advised and recommended as decorative upgrades to the property, and the surrounding places to visit and enjoy are really as brilliant as she has described. We have received many compliments from passers by and our lovely neighbors about how beautiful the property is looking with the upgrades we've completed. We did have some trepidation about the area itself as we have never lived or worked in Glenroy, but we are extremely happy with what we have purchased and couldn't recommend Lina enough for her help with helping us buy our first home!
