My wife and i met Linda at a previous auction in my area and we were very impressed with there performance. Linda also spent a fair bit of time talking to us about the local sales and the property market in general even not knowing that we were thinking of selling soon. So when the time came for us to sell mum's home she was definitely one of the first on the list of agent's to be contacted. After speaking with half a dozen or so agents Linda was the cream of the crop and we chose her as our agent. From the start she was very informative, knowledgeable and understanding as well as helpful with our unique conditions needed. Linda was very honest and upfront about our expectations for the sale and at no stage did we get the impression that she was just telling the vendor what they wanted to hear in order to secure another client. Her first price estimate surprised us all and as it turned out her estimate was exactly what we got on the sale price, Ammmaaazzzziiinnnggg. I understand there are other good agents out there, but the high standards, professionalism, courtesy and communication shown by Linda was outstanding and i would rate her 10 out of 10.
