What I liked the most about my experience with Linda, was the open and transparent communication. She always had time for a discussion, and was very responsive to my enquiries.

From the time that Carlos showed me through the property and we spent half an hour chatting about all the tools in his ute, I knew that he was not a typical rental manager. Always happy to help, all requests for maintenance and any other requests were dealt with promptly by him and the office. The number of times I'd ring and he'd be just hooking up the trailer, is a testament to how hands-on he is and always willing to help, especially during times of crisis like the 2022 floods.
