Unmatched Enthusiasm, Integrity and Market Knowledge

After our next door neighbours sold their house through Linda for a great price, we knew there was no one else to go with to sell our house. We had already heard great things, and knew that Linda had achieved a number of record prices in the area. All agents put their best foot forward to try to get you to sign with them of course, but once you are locked in often their attention turns to the next signup and they coast along trying to sell your property for whatever they can get. Linda is completely different - the enthusiasm we saw on the first day we met her carried through the entire (surprisingly short) process from signup to sale. Nothing was too much trouble, and Linda's qualified buyers were of the highest calibre. We barely went to market before we had the contract we wanted and a great price. I would unreservedly recommend Linda to anyone who is looking to go beyond the hollow promises and substandard service commonly attributed to real estate agents. There is a reason why she is so highly regarded on this site and in the community generally - she has real integrity, and really cares about her vendors.
