Linda helped the reviewer sell this property

Awesome Agent

Prior to choosing to put my property with Linda at McGrath's my research led me to two other top agencies in the area I made a point of talking to all three on the same day but Linda for me stood out from the others her ideas and marketing made more sense and the rapport built within that 45 minute left me with doubts that Linda was going to provide the best outcome for me . Linda provided very helpful information to get my sale ready and this certainly proved to be successful, prior to the first open home Linda had a buyer and contract signed .I am still blown away with this and how she kept me in the loop right to the day transfer of the property . Thanks Linda should be more agents like you I always felt you were looking after my interests
