Linda is also a town planner. That means a level of integrity and honesty you don't often see in real estate. I found her by happy accident and am very grateful. I did meet with other realtors. They would arrive with assistant in tow. One wanted me to spend a lot of money that I knew would not be recouped. But it's easier to sell and they make more commission. Another suggested I could achieve an inflated sale price. A family member was caught out by these tactics. They have since accepted a lessor offer than they rejected. Once you sign with agents like these you won't see the 'top agent' again. The assistant in most cases sells your house. When you sign with Linda you get her 100% attention to your sale. Long opening times to give her the opportunity to converse with potential buyers. My house sold for a great price in 4 days. From getting it ready for sale to handing over the keys she was constantly in touch to see if i needed any help. There was no pressure to sell at auction. Just honest advice. At the end of the day I would buy a home from her. Can't recommend highly enough.
