Linda was effortless to work with, she travelled down to Secret Harbour to give us an idea on what we could sell for, and was happy to advertise for what we wanted while two other real estates said they wouldn't get more than low 300s for the house. House went on the market and an exceptional offer was accepted early January, its now pending settlements but we don't see any issues in this happening. I had a few agents come in before I met Linda, they all low balled me and said I wouldn't sell for more than 300k.. I then got Linda in who was fantastic from the get go. She was keen and happy to advertise and try and sell for what we were asking. She had the photos done pronto and the house was on the market within a few days. We had one home open and accepted an offer that same weekend. Due to problems on the buyers end, our settlement took way longer than expected, but Linda was great throughout the whole thing, kept us updated, kept on top of the buyers and their finance broker and gave us options on what to do if the sale fell through, she even organised repairs and maintenance for us as we had moved several hours out of Perth. Linda went above and beyond and I would highly recommend her to anyone selling. She's also in the process of selling our other house, which is a much quicker turn around than this one!

Linda has a very pleasing and business like disposition. My rental was sold without any problems to me. She had problems getting the tenent to give access but despite this the sale went through for the expected price. It was bought by an interstate buyer.
