Linda Delivers the Goods

This sale was by necessity due to a parent going into care. The lead time between appraisal and engagement extended further than we expected, but Linda respected our request to give us space before further contact, a request that was ignored by her competing agent. We found Linda to be engaged, positive and energetic. She designed the marketing campaign exactly as she outlined and contacted us with details which needed attention or questions that needed answering. We were kept posted about interest in the property in the lead up, and the results of that day. She delivered the offers that resulted and advised us of her reading of the buyers involved. Linda knows her market and her instincts when negotiating were 100% accurate. She made extra $ for us in the final sale. Linda is an extrovert and it shows. But she is respectful of instruction from the vendor. She coordinated the required minor repair works expertly and and took the pressure off us as the sellers. Again, I'll say it...Linda knows her market and reads her buyers so well. I happily recommend Linda Hickmott to any prospective seller.
