I chose Linda after talking with 3 other agents. We should never have told them we had to sell within a certain time frame and reasons why. Left doors open after inspections, house was still fully furnished, kept in touch but kept saying constantly “oh the market has dropped”. Auction day arrived, felt like we were pushed into lowering reserve and also long exchange, basically worked for the buyer. Other incidents that occurred after sale certainly soured the experience more.

Linda knows a lot about the block of units where we sold and has a good network of people she engages with to deliver services and fixes. That was very good. I felt that she could have done more to liaise with us about what she thought the open houses were revealing and what she intended to do next. I also thought that she should have engaged more with us before she liaised with our solicitor who also had communications problems, so that we felt more like the client.
