Linda is an expert in the Hillary’s real estate market. When we first approached her she gave a friendly no commitment opinion on the expected sale price and time on the market. Both of which were exceeded when we decided to appoint her. She gave advice not only on how best to present our home but happily gave advice about the hone which were purchasing in the south west. Having not bought and sold previously she calmed us down about the settler processes for both properties which were continually putting stress on us because of delays by banks. In hindsight our concerns were unwarranted. Our home was open for one weekend and by Sunday night we had six written offers. What more can we say. Couldn’t recommend Linda and her team highly enough.
