We hired Linda Ratliff, based on a oersonal recommendation, to sell our Turramurra house in February 2 2020. Just as COVID hit. We had an unusual, beautiful architect designed house located in a position which doesnt appeal to the mainstream. Linda (and her colleague Val Latham) worked tirelessly for months to sell our house. Linda's perseverance won the day and our house sold in September. Linda is very professional, respectful of vendors and an excellent communicator.
