Considering we arrived at the open home in the last 5 mins of the timings, Linda was kind enough to stay back a bit and let us view the property. From there it was a simple transaction - submitted offer, negotiated price and had offer rejected. Moved on to next property with an offer when Linda came back to us with the sellers wanting to reconsider our offer. 6hrs later we were under contract. Given access for property and pest inspections - whom we selected from the realtor's recommended providers. We also used their recommended movers. Not a lot of communication from that point through to settlement apart from some general queries that I asked of the sellers. Apart from the offer process, majority of comms were driven by me. However, Linda was professional during the process.
