I knew this lady was the one!

I interviewed Linda based on her great sale prices achieved, in and around our street. It was a pleasant surprise to find she was lovely, bubbly, calm and knowledgable. I mention calm because there were times I was really stressed, but Linda was able to put things in perspective for me. She could see our home's potential where other agents could not. Other agents could only see obstacles, rather than understand our vision. I'm sure it's not an easy job as an agent, taking on a half renovated home! Within 2 days, Linda had found the right buyers for our house, for the price I wanted. She made the whole process so easy, around the strict parameters I had set, such as no marketing, no sale board, no photography, no open homes. Linda was just genuinely excited to get to work and sell the home.
