Unusual start but great result

Whilst an unexpected and unusual way to meet a real estate agent, Linda was realistic, positive and consistent. I have no doubt that her thoughtful but firm approach to client ( me) , my tenant, and the buyer were what resulted in a quick contract. Then seeing it over the line with the expected, and unexpected, hurdles is how a satisfactory result was achieved by all concerned. Thank you
