Linda had helped our family with a purchase some years ago, and her professionalism at that time, meant that when we had a sale in Currimundi to consider, we were never going to go anywhere else. The family had to work 95% of the time remotely with Linda, but this difficulty did not dampen her resolve to give us a successful outcome. Linda had a range of buyers on hand who also obviously trusted her judgement, so the actual 'off-market' sale process went quickly and efficiently. As a final and true indication that we had partnered with the best agent in our area, even after the sale was complete, Linda was able to go above and beyond by helping retrieve and post some goods from the house that had been inadvertently left behind. Linda is a very efficient and pro-active agent, very good with communication, always available and replies fast to phone calls, messages and emails. This was my 1st time buying a property, I didn't really know the exact steps of the whole process. Linda helped throughout all the steps and it ended being a very smooth operation. Linda was fantastic from start to finish. She went the extra mile throughout the sale. Linda was working for my brother in the sale. He struggles with IT, paperwork etc so she willingly held his hand through the entire process and liaised with me in Brisbane to get things sorted, papers signed, scanned, emailed etc. House was sold within days of listing.
