Lindsay was very welcoming, obviously knows the area well and understand the market condition from all angles. We had a tight time frame to get a contract signed to fit in with other opportunities being considered which Lindsay understood and took the opportunity to streamline the process within an 18hr period... + Good outcome for all and especially dealing with someone who I found trustworthy, reliable and a man of his word...
