Right from the very start Lindsay was committed to sell my property and to get me the best price he could. I have to be honest and say at the start I was not to sure about him but this was soon changed from the way he presented information to me about the sale process and the price I could expect to receive. He did not beat about the bush and was up front. He kept in contact and was willing to hold opens houses to ensure the house was promoted to prospective purchasers. Whilst it was not his agency that sold the property, he still kept me in the loop and in contact to ensure that things were moving forward. Whilst I negotiated a price a little less than what the property was listed for, I have to thank Lindsay for pushing for maximum price. I have already recommended him to friends and am willing to do so to others.

Lindsay was amazing! He was there for us during our property inspection, pest inspection, when it rained and shined. He was flexible and provided the neccassary support we needed as buyers to make an informed decision. Lindsay guided us through the paperwork and recommended the relevant people in case we didn't know who to contact once we reached our final decision. Would definatelly recomend Lindsay again which is not something I can say about other agents, lawyers ect.
