Considering that other units for sale in the complex had historically been on the market for much longer periods and now taking into account the COVID restrictions I had expected to be waiting a lot longer to hear Lindsay calling me offering congratulations on a sale. we phoned on the off chance just too see if we were able to see a house mid week, Lindsay say no oroblem and met us there within 30 minutes.
