Once Lindsay was aware of exactly what we were looking for, he made a phone call and arranged an inspection for the house we bought that wasnt even listed yet. We made an offer and signed a contract the same day. Lindsay recommended inspectors for the Building and Pest Report and local conveyancers. He offered us 30 days free home insurance on the house. He arranged a 2nd look at the house before we headed back to Brisbane. When it came to confirming that issues identified in the inspections had been rectified, he suggested to give him a Facetime call so he could show me all the rectifications. He could not have done anymore for us!
