Thanks Lindsay for your efforts on this one in a time frame where selling is becoming difficult with many negative factors weighing into the market place with prices particularly for Unit sales seemingly both l9cal and nationally in the decline. Units in particular are noted as becoming rather difficult to sell nation wide, whether brand new or older versions being offered. We have seen the demand drop dramatically and one only has to watch the media to understand this along with RBA statements. This national issue is in my opinion now being replicated in Toowoomba. It was only through Lindsay's smart selling approach and working very hard with the potential buyer that we saw a result. One would in my opinion be only kidding themselves to state that the market in home units is now of high demand. A buyer was found and the sale went through smoothly.
