Lindsey achieved a great sales result for us, we took on board her suggested pricing for the market at the time and managed to sell quickly. WE found her to be a great communicator who guided us along the sales process with friendly efficiency.
Started out with so much promise but in the end, didn't deliver. Poor communication, we had to continually chase Lindsey for updates. Only 3 Open Houses which yielded no results then on to Private Inspections which were just as poor. Potential buyer follow up was not strong enough to even extract offers in the price range we had nominated. I felt Lindsey was working out of panic at the very end and brought forward a buyer out of desperation to secure a sale and her commission. Sadly we had to accept the low offer due to our financial circumstances at the time but felt she could have pushed for a higher offer. Lindsey then went Missing in Action in the lead up to Settlement which caused the Buyer to panic and the sale almost fell through. We actually had to handle the settlement ourselves to ensure we didn't lose the Buyer. The selling experience has left us bewildered, scarred and extremely bitter at the end result. Unfortunately Lindsey turned out to be like her Principal Ben Olofsen...all talk, then no talk and finally no action. To rub salt into our wounds, Lindsey didn't even show us the courtesy of a congratulatory phone call or message when Settlement was finalised and the sale was completed. Poor effort and not worthy of the commission we were charged. I would strongly recommend not to buy or sell through Lindsey or The Agency Southern Highlands.
Poor communicator (we consistently had to chase her for updates), did not go above and beyond and went missing in the last week of our sale (we had to handle the settlement ourselves). Regret our decision and other than three open houses, we barely saw her. Bitterly disappointed with the whole sale experience. Would not recommend Lindsey nor The Agency - Southern Highlands. All lip service but none of the actions that was promised at our first meeting.
