The appearance of professionalism doesn't always equate actual professionalism. Just because you are playing a $15,000 commision, don't expect the real-estate agents to have your best interests at heart. They will do anything for the sale including allowing access to your property before settlement without your consent. The real estate gave the keys to the buyers to move their stuff in BEFORE settlement! To top it off I wasn't even afforded an apology. Much regrets going with them that's for sure.
