The house brought was getting rented through one agency and as we also own an investment property that we rent out, we expect that our agent gets things fixed ASAP as our renters pay good rent. When moving in I was highly disappointed at the outcome of what needed to be fixed including just about every kitchen cupboard, leaking taps, toilets door handles just to name a few the list goes on. As a rented property I would of expected that these things were known to the agency but were not passed on to us as buyers which is extremely disappointing. We definitely would have offered a lesser amount in the sale if this was pointed out to us. These types of things are definitely not noticed when you only have a small time frame to do a final inspection.
