Lindy has handled our sales campaign very well. She was generous in organising 3 open house inspections every week for the 4 weeks before the auction day. She was always early and well organised in the open house inspections. After each session she normally gave us a brief summary of those people who came through. During our weekly meetings she discussed with us thoroughly on all the groups that inspected our property. In addition she also provided us with detailed weekly written reports. Throughout the campaign she maintained frequent contact and good rapport with all the potential buyers to encourage them to come and bid at the auction. She kept going through her data base to invite more clients to come for the open house. Couple of times she arranged additional private inspections with her clients. Lindy is very persevering and has good perception in giving us an accurate assessment on those groups coming to bid at the auction. A very pleasant and easy going lady to work with.
