Selling a house , wether it is your own or for your parents ( which is our case) can be a very stressful , exciting even daunting time. There is a lot to consider: The right Price , The right Real estate agent , the right time. Of course we are always told to get two appraisals. We found Linton Allens flyer in Mums letterbox. So Linton was my first one. The family had chosen the second one .We made appointments and listened to both. Linton was first. I would have signed on the day ! BUT had to at least hear what the other agents had to say. My family told me to go with who I was the most comfortable with and I knew in my heart it was Linton Allen.
