Lisa is very professional and helpful
Lisa Barham is very professional, and she has extensive expertise of the local area. She provided a realistic appraisal, clearly articulated her proposed sales strategy to deal with a difficult tenant in-situ, and worked around obstacles with apparent ease. And all the time keeping me up to date on progress. Lisa produced a very satisfactory outcome for the sale and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Lisa and would certainly engage her for my next sale.

We found Lisa to be really knowledgeable of the market conditions, prices etc. She sold our rental home on the very first home open and at the price she advised us that she should be able to get for it, which was a great price. We would really like to recommend Lisa to anyone that is thinking of selling their home, as she was also very easy and enjoyable to deal with.
