I found myself in the position of wanting to sell my property and not really knowing how to go about it or who best to engage with, to manage what seemed to me to be a daunting task. Having lived at the property for about 6 months I had been aware of a number of "Selling Agents" due to promotional sales literature being delivered via post and direct mail drops. I had noticed that consistently the "Lisa Barham of the Agency" literature was always simple to follow, direct and professional delivered in terms of the content and visually. When I decided I needed to talk to a professional about the potential sale of my property Lisa was the obvious choice. From beginning to end Lisa has been absolutely fantastic to deal with.
