Not once did she have any issues explaining to me the process of buying my first home, or assisting me even after settlement was finished. Lisa was also very responsive and proactive to meet my requests and organise items to be rectified prior to transfer. I also found Lisa to be very friendly just in general - having visited many property viewings prior, there are certainly some agents who you could tell did not share an interest in the potential buyers, nor the properties they were even selling.
