She stood our from the others due to her superior organisational skills and knowledge. She had all the information about our home and the plan to sell it ready at our initial meeting. She goes that extra mile. She had a plan from the outset and her methods work. Everything went according to plan, in fact, better than planned and our home sold within 3 weeks. All throughout the process, Lisa kept us up to date and gave us feedback from all home opens and was very patient and kind with us when we had questions. Lisa was very helpful with organizing a quick and smooth purchase. She was also helping with sorting out a smooth transition from a tenant who was occupying the purchased property, essentially taking responsibilities of the property manager. I recommend Lisa for her high level of professionalism.

3 months ago I found Lisa’s manner in presenting the property for inspection, responding to questions asked about such, and even noting things I would not have thought of, exemplary.

While professional in her approach, Lisa has been easy to work with. We found her to be very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and cheerful in her approach, which was great, as there were some challenges before our sale went through, and she gave us good advice through the process.
