I first met Lisa Chadd when she tried to purchase a $10 plant from my business but my credit card machine was malfunctioning and she didn't have enough cash. I expected to lose the sale but was impressed at Lisa's polite patience and perseverance, walking several blocks (in high heels) to find an ATM to withdraw the cash and returned to buy the plant! During this I learned that she worked at Ray White in Woollahra. A while later my aunt passed away and bequeathed her beautiful Woollahra home to family members. When it came to selling it I knew there was one person who would go above and beyond expectations and Lisa Chadd did not disappoint. From the outset Lisa’s friendly but professional manner made the whole campaign flow easily and efficiently, bearing the brunt of complex arrangements herself in order to simplify our decision making. Her attention to detail in designing the perfect marketing material from wording, image selection and advertising placement was fantastic and we were delighted that our ad was independently chosen for the cover of the Sydney Morning Herald ‘Domain’ property guide liftout thanks to Lisa’s organization and creative flair. Each week we received a comprehensive account of every group that entered the home. At the first open house 42 groups went through in 45 minutes and Lisa supplied us with written feedback; comments, attitudes, criticism, speculation on price etc from every single one of them and continued to do this weekly in a frank, honest fashion for the rest of the campaign. Her thoroughness gave us a birds-eye view into the market, highlighted our target audience and assisted in getting a realistic grasp on the perceived value of the property. On auction day her negotiating skills propelled the bidding to a sale at a great price. We couldn’t be happier with the professional and transparent way Lisa handled the entire process and have no hesitation in recommending her as a lovely, genuine, hard working agent.
