Lisa was of great assisstance providing us with some local knowledge of some things that we needed to be aware in relation to the area in which were looking for a property. We would not of been aware of coming from a city area. Especially some points that may impact on future value that weren't an issue to us but may have been an issue to future purchases - but not in relation to the property we purchased - but others that we had previously considered and passed on and that had already sold.
