We were very happy with Lisa, she was very quick to meet us at the property to show us around, organised someone else to meet with us when she was not available and was always on the phone if we needed any questions answered. Lisa’s communication was good, she got back to us very quickly and we cannot fault our experience with her. The only downfall which was frustrating to us was the plans on the contract had been photocopied so many times the numbers were not clear/everyone who read the plans saw different numbers. This resulted in us having to do so much more chasing. Lisa did her best to clarify this information for us.
