Lisa had great communication, she had her own list of contacts if we needed anything done such as build and pest, legal advice, brocker recommendations. She was very organised, always came with a folder and notes, always on time, you can trust her to get it done. She helped us with both our sale and purchase of our new home to make the process as seamless as possible. From the start to the very end Lisa was involved in every step, going the extra mile. :)
