I was very satisfied with the level of service, professionalism and care that Lisa put into her work on the sale of my house. I had a relatively short timeframe to sell, but Lisa did an excellent job of assessing interest, targeting the advertising campaign and presenting my house in best possible light, with a view to achieving the best result possible on auction night. It was striking to me that whenever I had a question, or needed some clarification on something related to my house or the sale, Lisa responded to my calls or messages very quickly - I think it was probably within the hour - and when she did respond, it was meaningful and informative, and not patronising at all. I also found that Lisa was realistic in providing estimates on how the market was looking and what I could expect from potential buyers - I didn't feel that she was over-representing the market at any time, or giving me false expectations of what the result of the sale might be. I felt prepared for auction night, and reassured that if there was not a sale (but there was) then Lisa and the team would do their best to work out with me what to do next. On a final note, I ended up moving overseas very shortly after my house was sold at auction, and a number of small issues came up with the house after I left. The sale had already happened, so I don't think it ought to have been any concern for Lisa at that stage - but she helped to organise for the issues to be resolved while I was away and not able to. I think this really demonstrated Lisa's commitment to the sale of my house, from start to finish - she really went above and beyond, and I am grateful for her help, and soundly satisfied with the result of the auction.
