Lisa is a very professional agent and a lovely person who went well and truly above and beyond on selling my mums house in Busselton. Nothing was ever to much trouble for her and her team. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is thinking of selling their property. Thank you so much Lisa for all that you did and making it so easy for us and going that extra mile.

We cannot recommend Lisa highly enough. This is the third property she has sold for us and we were thrilled with the sale price as it far exceeded our expectations. Lisa and her team kept us up to date throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. She was able to assist us with contacting other quality trades and companies to prepare the property for sale, which also made the process a lot easier. Along with being highly professional, Lisa is very friendly and can relate to anyone, even my husband. Thanks so much Lisa, retirement will be so much sweeter.

Lisa was an absolute godsend for us in our journey to buy. Lisa guided us through the process with patience, humor and style. Lisa was fair and ensured a smooth process for all involved parties, whilst going above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions to accommodate our needs. Whilst I hope we have our forever home in place now, I would not hesitate to use Lisa again in future if the need arose.

Lisa and her team at GLC are fantastic. Lisa’s market knowledge, attention to detail and communication are exceptional. I wouldn’t have used anyone else.

It's been a while since we've purchased our last home and a lot has changed! Lisa explained each step to us and was always available to answer any questions we had. Her and her wonderful team will now manage our new rental and we fully trust they will do a fantastic job at taking care of everything.

Lisa was a great real estate agent to deal with. She was happy to answer any questions and the use of the Openn Offers online bidding platform made the experience of buying our first home super transparent throughout the offer process. We had the opportunity to amend our offer over the 2 day period and knew our ranking in the system keeping the process as fair as possible.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Lisa Correia of GLC residential. We found Lisa to be very approachable and quick to respond to all communications which is very important and comforting when purchasing a property and dealing with multiple parties. She was forthcoming with advice and took the initiative to ensure that the experience was as smooth as possible. Lisa and her team are very efficient and professional.

We enjoyed the experience of buying through GLC Residential. Lisa was very professional in her approach, friendly (so we felt quite relaxed) patient with our inability of being text savvy even though we knew she was under pressure with a lot happening in her job. Also we felt that we mattered and she was working not just for the sellers but also for our benefit by checking that everything was working, (which was needful as there were issues and we wouldn't have picked them up) so am very grateful to her. Thank you Lisa, wishing you success in all you do. Alex and Diane

Supportive , informative and helpful in all aspects of the selling market. On line marketing was great ,you can see all the progress of bids …

Lisa and her team assisted us in selling our late mother’s home. Lisa was so caring and attentive and also knew how to approach the market to get us the best possible price for the property. I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa and the team at GLC, thank you again

My experience with Lisa was as hoped, efficient and non-intrusive. The entire team at GLC Residential are extremely professional and knowledgeable which made communication very simple. Advice on preparing the property for sale was also appreciated. Openn Bidding was also an easy platform suggested by GLC.

I am happy with the service provided by Lisa and her team. She handles both the seller and buyer with professionalism and responsibility.
