Lisa was amazing, I had previously used different agents for the same property in previous years but ended up taking it off the market when I re listed I went with Lisa who picked up a few different discrepancies that no one else had. You can feel your in safe hands.
Lisa is very helpful and friendly to deal with. Being a local herself has a great knowledge of the local market.
As per title, Lisa is very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and great to deal with. I have purchased my property through Lisa and Lisa is currently managing it as a rental. I strongly recommend Lisa for your next dealings, be it property sales or management.
Lisa approaches her job in a professional manner, has good knowledge of her job and the market. As a result of covid the houe took a lot longer to sell than hoped. Would have liked a bit more for the house, but at last it hss sold .
Found Lisa to be very good an helpful with the property I bought as I live in another state she helped with all the difficult process of property that wasn’t able to do myself thanks Lisa
Recently purchased a property through Lisa and whilst interaction is limited as a purchaser compared to being a vendor, I found Lisa to be a no nonsense, down to earth agent. The only negative was delays in responding to email and voicemail questions.
Lisa's professionalism and no nonsense approach made the selling of our rental property a very calm and easy experience.
Lisa managed our rental property for the past few years & recently sold the property. Lisa is professional, easy to talk to & helpful. Highly recommend.
Lisa acted very quickly with our negotiations and we had our settlement day early
Thank You Lisa you where there all the way. Made the whole process easy for us all My Family has settled in and are loving the new home Thank you again for everything
Lisa was excellent at communicating with us and keeping us up to date within potiential vendors. Her friendly nature made the process very easy and reassuring due to her professiomalism.
We only met Lisa a few weeks ago when we arranged an inspection of one of her listed properties. We found her to be quite helpful in negotiating a sale with the vendors and are happy with the outcome. She went out of her way to make it as easy as possible for us going through the purchasing process. Having lived in the area all of her life she has good knowledge of real estate in the district after having worked for several years in this profession. We have found her to be helpful in a couple of queries we have had since settlement and have no hesitation in recommending Lisa of Calaby Real Estate to any person who is considering buying or selling property in the area.
