As a vendor who did not reside in the location in which my property was being sold, the agent demonstrated flexibility in attending the property to meet with potential buyers as required. The agents style is very laid back and casual however we found the communication and consultation with us as the vendor to be challenging. We would often need to chase for regular feedback and prompting and needed to regularly set our expectations regarding vendor engagement. We had a very slow start to our four week EOI campaign when the agent took unexpected and uncommunicated leave which meant the majority of potential buyer engagement occurred during week 4 of our EOI. We signed with a buyer that had fianancing fall through and finally sold to a buyer that we found independently from the agent. It was not a fantastic experience and would suggest shopping around for other local agents where possible
