Despite the ISO restrictions we were able to view this property privately and at short notice. Lisa greeted us warmly and gave us all the time we needed to view the property and answer all the questions we had. We requested a second inspection early the next day and that was arranged without any fuss at all. Again Lisa was patient with us while we viewed and again answered all the questions we had. We made an offer that afternoon and after a small negotiation we were able to secure the property. Can honestly say we have never felt so happy dealing with an agent (Lisa and Tamara) before and also felt like we were never lied to or led up the garden path like we had been with so many agents over the last 6 months.
