Lisa has been very helpful throughout the process of selling our home. We weren't too sure what to expect after listing our home for sale during peak COVID-19 lockdown but we were luckily able to hold open homes and private inspections with lots of interested parties. After the devastating experience of having a buyer pull out of a sale after weeks of going back and forth with them, Lisa secured an acceptable offer from another buyer within 4 hours of the previous buyer pulling out and was very sufficient with sending through all the required paperwork to the buyer, liaising with strata managers and solicitors; and the transaction went through within 14 days.
